Week 1 Recap

Finished off week one of training with a 7 mile run and an hour in the pool. The week went well, but I'm definitely feeling the effects of stepping up my training. I'm exhausted. But I'm ready for week two.

Week 1 Stats:
Hours = 12:49
Swim = 3.9 miles
Bike = 118.9 miles
Run = 17.3 miles

Congrats on taking your first step towards IM Wisconsin! I'll keep up on you...I've decided to do IM Louisville '09. Just finished Halfmax national championships this weekend, and I'm ready for the next challenge, but '08 seems a little too soon, so '09 here I come! Good luck on your training!
