Timetrialapalooza

My best trainer ride of the year so far. I matched my best numbers from last winter.

Interval 1 = 20min = 269 watts
Interval 2 = 15min = 279 watts
Interval 3 = 10min = 290 watts
Interval 4 = 5min = 311 watts





I spent the majority of the ride in my threshold power zone..



The same goes for my heart rate....
